Questions integrators ask before the first e-mail

Fifteen answers, written the way we would say them on a call. If yours is not here, the assistant on the bottom right has read every page of this site, and the contact page reaches a person the same working day.

Working with us

Do you sell to end customers, or only to integrators?

We work through local system integrators and automation engineering companies: we quote to you, ship to you and do not go around you. A plant without a local integrator may contact us directly and we will say plainly how the project should be run — usually with a local partner for the site work. The choice stays with you and is made in conversation, not on a web page.

Can the cell carry our name?

Yes. White-label and OEM supply means the nameplate, the documentation cover and the drawing title block carry your name. We appear only where you decide, or where a certificate names the manufacturer and cannot be changed.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request, before any drawing changes hands. Surveys, layouts and part models are used for that project only.

Do you install on site?

Not by default. The cell is pre-integrated and tested here and ships with the technical package; your team leads the site work with our engineers on a screen-share. An engineer on site is arranged by agreement where a project needs it.

Which regions do you serve?

Russia and the CIS, the Middle East, North Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. Documents, certificates and packing follow the route: EAC and GOST paint compatibility for the EAEU, ATEX for EU-aligned sites, ISPM 15 crates everywhere.

Products and certification

Which brands do you supply?

CMA GR painting robots and Zhihui SR portable painting robots (both explosion-protected), the EFORT standard, welding and palletizing ranges, and the Moka MR/MB industrial and SCARA range. Explosion-proof collaborative robots are supplied on request from the certified models listed on the products page. Brands are supplied; a list of models is not a claim to represent the manufacturer.

ATEX or GB/T 3836 — which certificate do I need?

An EU-aligned site needs ATEX (the GR series holds EU Type Examination Certificates from CML B.V., NB 2776). A Russian, EAEU or Chinese site accepts GB/T 3836 (the SR series and several GR models hold Chinese certificates from PCEC and NEPSI). Every certificate number and validity date is on the certification register; ask for the PDF and check it yourself.

Do you publish prices?

Equipment: no — a robot cell is priced against the part, the specification and the cycle time, and a number quoted before those are known is a wrong number. Services: yes — the engineered proposal, simulation, pre-integration, remote support and the back-office retainer have published prices in USD and CNY on the services page, because they are standard work.

How is a paid proposal credited?

The full S1 fee is deducted from the first equipment invoice for the same project within 12 months. If the proposal concludes the cell cannot meet your cycle time, the fee is refunded.

How do I pay for a service?

Pro-forma invoice and bank transfer in USD, EUR or CNY; work starts within two working days of receipt. Prices exclude VAT and withholding in your country; the contract provides for gross-up where your tax office withholds.

Can you supply the robot alone, without the cell?

Yes — robot with cabinet and pendant, or robot plus track, positioner or process equipment. The requirement survey has a section for exactly that scope.

Are the specifications on this site verified?

Figures are published only where we hold the manufacturer's datasheet or certificate. Where we do not, the model name is given alone or the figure is marked "to be verified". The document library releases the datasheets themselves once you tell us which project they are for.

Project and delivery

How long from order to shipment?

A standard robot with cabinet typically ships in 4–6 weeks. A pre-integrated cell with fixture, track or positioner depends on the engineering and is quoted per project; the schedule sits in the proposal, stage by stage.

What is in the FAT?

For every cell: arm, cabinet and pendant powered and homed, all axes exercised, safety circuit proven. Then per process — paint supply run wet and colour change cycled, weld program run on your sample parts with macro sections, palletizing pattern run for an hour with the rate measured. The report carries the figures, photos and video, and you witness it on a video call or in person.

How is the cell packed?

Disassembled only where the crate demands it, each joint marked for reassembly, export plywood crates on ISPM 15 heat-treated timber, packing list crate by crate with dimensions and gross weights. The packing page has the table for every robot model.

What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?

The first call is a screen-share with the engineer who built the cell, in your working hours. Programs and drawings are yours, so the fix is usually yours to apply with us watching. If a site visit is what it takes, it is arranged.

How do we start?

Pick the workstation type, fill in the survey online (it saves as you go) or download the Word file, attach the part drawing by e-mail, and you have an engineered proposal and quotation in return. Fengor Pro Max, the assistant on every page, answers the technical questions in the meantime — but never quotes a price.
