Palletizing and handling
Bag, carton and tray palletizing where the gripper, the squaring station and the pattern are engineered per product.
Where it is used
End of line in food, chemicals, building materials and packaging: bags 10–50 kg, cartons, trays, drums; single or multi-line infeed; pallet handling and stretch-wrap interface.
Robots we supply for it
- EFORT ER four-axis palletizing range (ER130-4-2800, ER180-4-3200)
- EFORT ER six-axis for mixed handling
- Moka MB heavy range
Brands are supplied, not represented. Figures appear only where we hold the datasheet; see the products page for the model lists.
Typical configuration
- Four-axis palletizing robot on a pedestal or riser
- Gripper: fork, clamp, vacuum or hybrid to the pack
- Infeed conveyor with squaring and pack turning
- Pallet dispenser, slip-sheet unit, outfeed roller conveyor
- Fence, light curtains and pallet-exchange muting
Pre-integration and factory acceptance test
The cell is assembled, wired and run in our workshop in Wuhu before it is crated. For this workstation type the FAT covers:
- Full pattern run on customer packs or equivalent dummies
- Gripper cycle tested on the lightest and heaviest pack
- Rate measured for one hour continuous
- Last-layer and out-of-square pack behaviour demonstrated
You witness it on a video call or in person; the report with measured figures, photos and video ships in the technical package. How pre-integration works →
Questions we are asked about this cell
What happens when the pack is 5 mm out of square?
The squaring station catches it before the pick, which is why it is quoted as its own item rather than assumed. The survey asks for pack tolerances so the squaring is sized rather than guessed.
Specify this cell in one sitting
The survey for this workstation type has 7 sections and about 49 questions — most are tick boxes. Online it saves as you type and gives you a reference number; the Word file is the same survey for e-mail.
Sections: Customer Basic Information · Palletizing / Depalletizing Process Requirements · End-of-Arm Tooling (Gripper) Requirement · Site Utility & Installation Conditions · Commercial & Service Requirements · Supplementary Materials & Attachments Required · Other Remarks
Fill in the survey online → Download the Word file (.docx)
Or skip the wait: order the engineered proposal (S1) from USD 900 — credited in full against the equipment, refunded if the cell cannot meet your cycle time.
Send drawings and photos to sales@livespower.com with the reference number. No price is quoted before the part, the specification and the cycle time are known.
