Tap what the cell has to do

Thirteen workstation types, one page each: where it is used, which robots we supply for it, the typical configuration, what the factory acceptance test covers, the projects we have delivered, and the requirement survey — online or as a Word file. Every cell is assembled and tested in Wuhu before it ships.

Level 3Paint shop turnkeyBooths, conveyor, pretreatment interface, robots, paint kitchen and controls as one project: layout, pre-integration test, shipping, and remote engineering support while your team installs and commissions.

How a project runs

Requirement survey and drawings → engineered proposal with model selection and cycle-time calculation → quotation → simulation where the cycle is critical → manufacturing → pre-integration and factory acceptance test in Wuhu → export packing with the technical package → your team installs with our engineers on a screen-share. The chain in detail →

Best price on enquiry. We do not publish prices. Every workstation is priced against your parts, paint specification and cycle time, and the applicator, colour change, 2K mixing and paint supply move the figure more than the robot model does. Send the requirement and you get our best price as an itemised offer, on EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms.
