Annual payment –10 %. USD is the invoice currency. CNY figures are rounded at about 7.2 and restated at the rate of the day. Prices exclude VAT and withholding in the buyer's country.
What the contract says
- No bypass. We do not contact, quote or sell to your end customer; liquidated damages if we do.
- NDA. Your surveys, layouts, part models and customer names are used for your projects only.
- White label. Deliverables carry your name unless a certificate names the manufacturer.
- Hours. Counted in 15-minute units on a monthly statement; unused hours roll over one month.
- Term. Month to month, cancel with 30 days\' notice; annual plans are prepaid.
- Law. PRC law, English text, arbitration (CIETAC or HKIAC).
Who it is for
A local integrator or automation engineering company that wins projects but has no engineer to spare for China: selection, supply chain, factory checks, documents. Not for trading companies, and not for end customers — those we route to a local integrator.
