Projects

Seventeen projects engineered by our team for customers in Russia and the CIS — painting, powder coating, arc welding, adhesive application and automotive body-shop tooling. Customer names, plant locations and prices are not published; what is published is the workpiece, the robot and paint-system configuration, the commercial terms and what actually happened. Twelve were delivered; five are engineered proposals that reached quotation or contract-draft stage and are shown as worked-out configurations, not as sales.

Two categories are labelled throughout: Delivered project — equipment shipped, installed or accepted. Engineered proposal — full engineering, configuration and quotation completed; the order was not concluded. We do not present proposals as deliveries.

Finished body-in-white welding fixture before shipment
Delivered project · Automotive body shop BIW tooling package for an electric model — 65 fixture sets across 29 stations Body-in-white welding tooling for a new electric model at a passenger-car assembly plant in western Russia: 65 fixture sets over 29 stations — engine compartment, floor frame, body-side, door assemblies, roof cross-members, luggage sub-assemblies and four main-framing stations. The plant supplied its own arc-welding robots, positioners, welding sets, fume extraction and fencing; we supplied every fixture, hanger, shared base plate and the control interface, pre-assembled and inspected in China before shipment. Signed August 2024.

Welding fixture on a mobile frame
Delivered project · Automotive body shop A second model at the same plant — 54 fixture sets, 20 stations, inspected in China before shipment The plant that bought the tooling package above returned about eighteen months later for a compact electric car: 20 stations, around 54 fixture sets, six of them robot welding stations, with nine hangers, four manual rotary fixtures and six station-level control conversions. Payment ran over six milestones, one of them tied to completing the first round of equipment inspection in China — the plant signs the inspection off before anything ships. Contracted February 2026, shipped in containers in August 2026.

Welding line with stands and robot cells
Delivered project · Automotive body shop Body-shop retooling for a model change — about 180 welding stands, priced and commissioned stand by stand A model change at a passenger-car plant in north-west Russia: about 180 welding stands, hanging jigs and special stations — wheel-arch hemming, door inner-panel welding, boot-lid mastic application — newly built or renovated, with pneumatic and electrical control converted to a jig-box scheme. Every item was matched to the plant's own asset codes and priced with its own installation and commissioning line, so the changeover could be staged shop by shop instead of stopping the line as one.

Engineered proposals (5)

These were configured, simulated and priced but not concluded — requirements changed, the scope moved to booths and ovens, or open technical questions stayed open. They are published because the engineering behind them is what a buyer is actually evaluating.

Send us the same three inputs

Every project above started from the same three things: part drawings or dimensions, the paint or process specification, and the required cycle time. With those we can return a model selection and a configuration; without them any number is a guess.
