Where it is used
Long parts and multi-station cells: painting lines with 11–72 m tracks, welding of long frames, machine tending across a row of machines, explosion-proof tracks for paint shops.

Pre-integration and factory acceptance test
The cell is assembled, wired and run in our workshop in Wuhu before it is crated. For this workstation type the FAT covers:
- Track assembled and run with the robot mounted; positioning repeatability measured over the full length
- Cable chain and covers cycled
- Sections marked and packed for the shipping split agreed with you

How is a long track shipped?
In sections. A 13.4 m track went as three sections in two crates; section length is decided with the packing in mind and quoted with the offer.
