What is open without a form

Everything we wrote ourselves: our product catalogue and model datasheets, the eight explosion-proof certificates with their numbers and validity, the specification tables as CSV, crate sizes and weights, and every specification page on this site. The form on this page is only for the manufacturers’ own documents.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I have to leave my details for these?

Because these are the manufacturers’ documents, distributed by us as their supplier, and we are accountable for who receives them. It also means we can tell you when a drawing you took is superseded. Everything that is ours — specification tables, certificates, crate weights, our own datasheets and catalogue — stays open on the downloads page with no form at all.

What happens to my details?

They reach our sales mailbox and nowhere else. No list, no third party, no automated sequence. If you want a quotation you will ask for one.

Where are the manuals?

On this page, under the model they belong to. Every EFORT ER, ESR and palletizing model we supply has its mechanical operation and maintenance manual here; the EC2 and EC3 control cabinets have their electrical manuals; the CMA GR painting range has its mechanical, electrical, painting-process, explosion-protection and programming manuals. They are the manufacturers’ own documents, recompressed so they download on a site connection.

I need a 3D model, or the full ER-series operating manual.

Those two are too large to serve from a web page — STEP models run to 50 MB and the full ER series operating manual to 100 MB — so they are sent directly. Ask for the model or the manual and we send a link the same working day.

Are these the current revisions?

They are the revisions the manufacturers issued to us, and the revision number is in the document. Before you build a layout from a drawing, ask us to confirm it is still current — that check costs one e-mail and saves a rebuilt fixture.

Can I get these in another language?

The EFORT documents are the manufacturer’s English editions. The SR series drawings were issued in Chinese and the file names have been translated; the dimensions and symbols in them are international. Ask us if you need a Chinese original or a specific page explained.
