Everything a buyer’s engineering, safety and logistics people ask for, published without a form to fill in: a six-page product catalogue, a six-page body-shop capability PDF, an eight-page sample technical proposal, eighteen model datasheets, eight explosion-proof certificates with their numbers and validity dates, specification tables as CSV files, working-envelope drawings, and crate sizes and weights. CAD models, manuals and drawings are sent for your model, with the revision number, on request. The fourteen bilingual requirement forms our engineering works from are open below — thirteen workstation types plus the body-shop line and tooling survey. The manufacturers’ own datasheets and drawings sit in a separate document library, released once you tell us who you are.

Model datasheets — 18 PDFs

One page per painting robot: payload, reach, repeatability, IP grades, mounting, weights, explosion-protection marking with the certificate number and issuing body, and the dimension drawing. Written by us from the manufacturer datasheet and the certificate.

Certificates — 8 PDFs

The Chinese certificate CE20.50037 for the GR6150 at 2,900 mm expired on 12 February 2025 and is not listed as current; its renewal has been requested from the manufacturer and will be published here with its number.

Specification tables — CSV

Comma-separated, UTF-8, one model per row — opens straight into Excel or a comparison sheet.

Requirement surveys — 14 bilingual forms, online or as Word

The forms our engineering uses to price and design a cell, published as we use them: Chinese and English side by side, one per application. They ask for the part, the process, the site utilities and the acceptance criteria in one pass, which is why a completed form usually turns into a proposal instead of three rounds of questions. Fill in what you know and write “N/A” rather than leaving a blank — a blank reads as not asked, an N/A reads as asked, does not apply.

The Word files are Chinese and English only. The online version of each survey is also in Russian, Arabic and French.

Not sure which one fits? Ask Fengor+ — the assistant at the bottom right of any page. It asks the handful of questions that decide the answer, gives you an indicative selection against our published figures, and hands you the right form. It does not discuss price; that goes to a person.

Document library — 248 manufacturer documents

Separate from this page, and the one place on this site that asks for anything: the manufacturers' own product datasheets, working-envelope and mounting drawings, manuals and certificates for the EFORT ER, ARC, ESR, EXR and palletizing ranges and for the SR painting series. Chinese-issued documents have had their titles translated into English. Give a company, a name and a work e-mail and the whole list opens on the page.

Three fields, no password and no confirmation e-mail. 3D models and the full operating manuals are too large to serve from a web page and are sent directly on request.

CAD models, manuals and drawings

STEP and DXF models, dimension drawings, operating manuals and wiring diagrams are sent for the model you are working on, with the revision number, usually the same working day. We send them because a layout drawn from the wrong revision costs more than an e-mail does.

What we do not publish

Customer names, plant locations and contract prices. Third-party manufacturer material we have no business reason to hand on. The manufacturers’ documents we do distribute, as their supplier, are in the document library behind a form, so we know who has which revision. And any certificate whose number we cannot show.

Frequently asked questions

Why are the manuals and CAD models not on this page?

Two reasons. Size — a STEP model runs to 50 MB, which is not something to serve from a web page — and revision, because we would rather send you the current one with its number than leave a copy here that quietly goes out of date. What is small enough to serve is in the document library: the manufacturers’ datasheets and drawings, and the ER and GR series operating manual in English and Russian. The catalogue and the model datasheets on this page are written by us from the manufacturer data and are ours to publish.

Can you just send me the datasheet, CAD model or manual for one model?

Yes, and that is usually faster than searching. Tell us the model and what you need — datasheet, dimension drawing, STEP or DXF model, operating manual, certificate copy — and we send it with the revision number.

Do I need to register or leave my details to download from this page?

Not for anything on this page. Certificates, specification tables, our catalogue, our model datasheets and packing data are open, because a buyer’s safety engineer should be able to check them before talking to anybody. The separate document library — the manufacturers’ own datasheets and drawings — does ask for a company, a name and a work e-mail, because those are their documents and we are accountable for who receives them.

What format are the CAD models?

STEP and DXF are the usual formats from the manufacturer; some models also have IGES and native formats. Tell us which your CAD system reads and we send that one.

Do you have a company catalogue?

A brochure is in preparation. In the meantime the specification tables on this site are more complete than any brochure, and the CSV files above load straight into a comparison spreadsheet.
