Injection moulding automation
Part removal, insert loading, sprue cutting and downstream handling for injection machines from 50 to 3,000 t.
Where it is used
Automotive interior and exterior trims, appliance housings, packaging, technical parts with inserts; one robot serving one press, or a six-axis cell serving several.
Robots we supply for it
- EFORT ER six-axis
- Top-entry servo robots for single presses
- Moka MR series for multi-press cells
Brands are supplied, not represented. Figures appear only where we hold the datasheet; see the products page for the model lists.
Typical configuration
- Six-axis or top-entry robot matched to the press tonnage and mould opening
- End-of-arm tooling with vacuum, grippers and sprue cutter
- Euromap 67 / 73 interface to the press
- Conveyor, stacking or boxing station; insert feeder where needed
- Guarding integrated with the press safety circuit
Pre-integration and factory acceptance test
The cell is assembled, wired and run in our workshop in Wuhu before it is crated. For this workstation type the FAT covers:
- Removal cycle simulated against mould-open signal timing
- EOAT cycle tested on customer parts
- Press interface signals verified on a simulator
You witness it on a video call or in person; the report with measured figures, photos and video ships in the technical package. How pre-integration works →
Questions we are asked about this cell
Six-axis or top-entry?
Top-entry for simple removal on one press; six-axis when the part needs orientation, insert loading, degating or delivery to a downstream station, or when one robot serves two presses.

The survey for this workstation type has 9 sections and about 46 questions — most are tick boxes. Online it saves as you type and gives you a reference number; the Word file is the same survey for e-mail.
Sections: Customer Basic Information · Product & Process Information · Injection Machine Information · Production Beat & Capacity · Budget & Schedule · Site Utility & Installation Conditions · Commercial & Service Requirements · Supplementary Materials & Attachments Required · Other Remarks
Fill in the survey online → Download the Word file (.docx)
Or skip the wait: order the engineered proposal (S1) from USD 900 — credited in full against the equipment, refunded if the cell cannot meet your cycle time.
Send drawings and photos to sales@livespower.com with the reference number. No price is quoted before the part, the specification and the cycle time are known.
