Around the robot
The robot is a quarter of the cell. The track, the positioner, the conveyor, the fence, the cable and the paint supply are the rest — and they are what goes wrong when four suppliers ship four crates to one floor. We supply all of it, build it to one drawing, and test it together before it ships. Each system below links to its detail page or to the survey that specifies it.
Linear tracks (7th axis)
Standard and cast-iron construction, 740 to 1,440 mm wide, sections to 8 m spliceable to any length, rated from 500 kg to robots of 10 t. Floor, elevated and inverted mounting.

Welding and coating positioners
Single-axis headstock/tailstock, two-axis tilt-rotate and two-station turntables from 300 to 2,000 kg, selected on part mass, centre of gravity and weld positions — not on payload alone.

Conveyors and infeed
Belt, chain-plate, roller, Teflon-mesh, double-deck and inclined conveyors built to the cell layout; powered and unpowered roller lines for pallet handling; encoder pick-off for robot conveyor tracking.

Safety fence and doors
Modular welded-mesh panels, powder-coated, heavy-duty connections; hinged single and double doors, single- and two-way sliding doors; interlock switches, light curtains and muting for pallet exchange to the cell's safety concept.

Robot and drag-chain cable
Flexible robot cables, drag-chain cables, servo and encoder cables and special industrial-environment cables from a manufacturer working with UL, TÜV Rheinland and SGS. Supplied cut to length and terminated for the cell, or by the drum for your own builds.
Paint supply and colour change
Automatic guns and rotary bells, CV3000/CV300 colour-change valves, AccuFlo 2K mixing, servo gear-pump metering, pumps, regulators and circulation — the equipment that decides the finish.
Vision and sensors
2D and 3D vision for pick location and seam finding, laser seam tracking, touch sensing — specified per project against the survey, brands named in the BOM.
Cell control and electrical
PLC and HMI, safety PLC, cabinets to IEC or GOST practice, EtherCAT / PROFINET / CC-Link interfaces, remote access for support. Documented as-built and shipped with the technical package.
What the technical package contains → Specify it in the survey →
Peripheral equipment is built by workshops we have used for years, to our drawings, and inspected at incoming, in process and at final. Their names are in the bill of materials you receive, not on this page.
