Documents first, then people
Most questions an integrator has are answered by a document we already hold: a certificate, a datasheet, a crate dimension, a packing list. They are all reachable from here. What a document cannot answer goes to the engineer who built the cell — WhatsApp, Telegram or a screen-share into the pendant, in your working hours.

How remote support works
1 · Before delivery
You witness the factory acceptance test on a video call. The commissioning manual you receive is the FAT sequence, so the first site power-up repeats a test that has already passed.
2 · On site
Your team leads: mechanical connection, power, air, final commissioning. Our engineer is on a screen-share throughout, with the same drawings and the same program open.
3 · In production
Message the engineer who built the cell. Program backups and as-built drawings are yours, so a fix is usually yours to apply with us watching. An engineer on site is arranged by agreement where a project needs it.
The technical package
Every cell ships with as-built electrical drawings, PLC and robot program backups, the 3D model and 2D layout, the I/O list, the bill of materials with part numbers, the commissioning manual, the FAT report, a spare-parts list and training videos. The partnership page lists it stage by stage.
What we do not publish
Customer names, plant locations and contract prices. Third-party manufacturer brochures and videos where we do not hold written permission to redistribute them — we name the products and explain the selection logic instead. And any certificate whose number we cannot show.
