Your China engineering back office. Your customer.
We supply and engineer robot cells for local system integrators and automation engineering companies in Russia and the CIS, the Middle East, North Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia — from the requirement survey to a pre-tested cell in a crate. You keep the customer relationship; we keep the engineering and the supply chain in Wuhu.
The customer stays yours
We work through local system integrators and automation engineering companies. Where you have the customer, the customer is yours: we quote to you, we ship to you, and we do not go around you.
White-label and OEM
Cells can ship under your name — your nameplate, your documentation cover, your drawing title block. The technical package is written so your engineers present it as their own.
NDA and project confidentiality
An NDA is signed on request before drawings change hands. Requirement surveys, layouts and part models are used for that project only and are not shown to anyone else, including other integrators.
Remote support, your site, your lead
The cell is pre-integrated and pre-tested here and ships with the technical package. On site, your team leads: mechanical connection, power, final commissioning, with our engineers on a screen-share throughout. An engineer on site is arranged by agreement where a project needs it — not the default, because most of the work is already done before the crates open.
What you get, and when
| Stage | What we do | What you receive | Service & price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · Requirement analysis | Read the survey and the drawing; ask the questions that decide the cell; check reach, payload and zone against the published range. | Requirement check with open points listed, within days. | S0 · free |
| 2 · Engineering consultation | Robot selection, layout options, process equipment, what to leave out. | Engineered proposal with model selection and cycle-time calculation. | S1 · from USD 900, credited |
| 3 · Design and BOM | 3D layout, electrical concept, bill of materials with brands named. | Layout drawing, BOM, quotation on EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP terms. | inside S1 |
| 4 · Simulation | Reach, collision and cycle-time verification against the 3D part model before anything is bought. | Simulation report and video. | S2 · USD 600 / 1,500 |
| 5 · Manufacturing | Robot, cabinet, fixture, track, positioner, guarding, process equipment. | Progress photos; typically 4–6 weeks for a standard robot with cabinet. | equipment quotation |
| 6 · Pre-integration | The whole cell assembled and wired in our workshop, not on your customer's floor. | Photos and video of the assembled cell. | S3 · from USD 1,200 per arm |
| 7 · Pre-commissioning and FAT | Programs run on your sample parts; safety circuit proven; process equipment run wet; report written. | FAT report with measured figures; remote or in-person witness. | inside S3 · S7 training free in Wuhu |
| 8 · Export shipment | Disassembly marked for reassembly, crating, ISPM 15, documents for your route. | Packing list crate by crate, technical package, shipping documents. | inside the equipment quotation (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP) |

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell to end customers?
We work through local integrators and automation engineering companies. A plant without a local integrator may contact us directly, and we will say plainly how the project should be run — usually with a local partner for the site work. We do not approach a plant that an integrator has brought to us.
Can you be invisible in the project?
Yes. White-label supply means the equipment, the documentation and the correspondence with the end customer carry your name. We appear only where you decide we should, for example as the manufacturer named on an explosion-protection certificate, which cannot be changed.
Who owns the drawings and programs?
You receive the full technical package with the cell: electrical drawings, PLC and robot program backups, 3D models, I/O lists, BOM, manuals. It is yours to keep, modify and hand to your customer.
What if the project goes wrong on site?
The pre-integration test exists so that it does not. If it still does, the first call is a screen-share with the engineer who built the cell; if a site visit is what it takes, it is arranged. Nothing in the contract makes you wait for a flight to get an answer.
How do we start?
Send the requirement survey for the workstation type — online or as the Word file — and the part drawing by e‑mail. You get an engineered proposal with model selection and a cycle-time calculation, and a quotation. No price is quoted before the part, the specification and the cycle time are known.
