Reading the designation: the number after ER or ESR is the wrist payload in kilograms, the number after the dash is the nominal reach in millimetres. The actual reach of an ER25-1800 is 1,850 mm, not 1,800 — which is why we publish the datasheet figure rather than the name.

Frequently asked questions

Which EFORT models can you supply?

All of them. The 95 designations listed on this page are the standard EFORT range as published by the manufacturer — mini and desktop, small, medium and large payload six-axis arms, SCARA, collaborative, explosion-protected handling arms and foundry-rated models — plus the painting, welding and palletizing families that have their own pages on this site.

Why are some models shown with full specifications and others only by name?

We publish a specification only where we hold the manufacturer datasheet for that exact model. For the rest we publish the designation and send the datasheet on request, rather than inventing figures from the model name. The name encodes payload and approximate reach, but the exact reach, repeatability and weight differ from the round number in the name.

What is the difference between an EXR model and an ER model?

The EXR series are explosion-protected versions built for classified areas. They are the arms used for handling, loading and unloading inside or beside a paint shop, where a standard ER arm is not permitted. Painting itself is done by the GR series, which is a different machine with paint lines through the wrist.

Do you supply the controller, teach pendant and software with these?

Yes. Every robot ships with its control cabinet, teach pendant, cable set and mounting hardware. Cabinets are IP20 or IP54 and drive up to four external axes at 1 to 5.5 kW, which covers a linear track, a positioner or both.

Can you integrate them, or only sell the arm?

Both. Arm-only supply is a normal scope where you have your own integration team — one delivered project was twelve arms pre-fitted to the customer specification. Where you want a working cell, we quote the gripper, tooling, safety, cell control and commissioning as line items.
