Privacy policy
This site collects personal data in two places only: the quotation form and the document-library form. Both ask for a company, a name and a work e-mail, and both deliver straight to our sales mailbox. There is no advertising cookie, no tracking script, no mailing list and no third-party profiling. Write to sales@livespower.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold.
Who we are
WUHU LIVESPOWER GLOBAL LTD (芜湖利夫帕国际贸易有限公司), Wuhu, Anhui, China. Contact for anything on this page: sales@livespower.com.
What we collect, and why
| Where | What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Request a quote form | Name, company, e-mail, country, telephone or WhatsApp number, and whatever you write about your parts and your process | To answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation | Kept while the enquiry is live and in our sales records afterwards, so that we can honour what we quoted |
| Document library form | Company, contact name, work e-mail, and optionally country and application | To release the manufacturers’ documents to a named company, and to be able to tell you when a drawing you took is superseded | Kept as a record of who holds which revision |
| E-mail, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat | Whatever you send us | To answer you | Kept in the mailbox or chat history |
| Server logs at our hosting provider | IP address, page requested, time, browser string | Delivering the pages and seeing which ones are read | Held by the hosting provider under its own retention period |
What your browser keeps
Two things on this site remember what you were doing, and both keep it in your own browser rather than sending it anywhere. The requirement form saves your answers as you type them, so a reload does not cost you the work. The assistant keeps the thread of the conversation, so walking from one page to another does not start it again. Both use session storage: it belongs to that one browser tab and is gone when you close it, and nothing in it reaches us unless you press send. Your chosen language is the one exception — that is kept until you change it, so you are not asked on every visit.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your details. We do not run an advertising pixel, a remarketing tag or a social tracking script. We do not add you to a newsletter. We do not publish customer names, plant locations or contract prices, whether they reached us through this site or through a project.
Frequently asked questions
Do you use tracking or advertising cookies?
No. This site sets no advertising cookie, runs no advertising or social tracking script, and has no cookie banner because it has nothing to ask you to consent to. The document library page stores one flag in your own browser (localStorage) so that it stays open on your next visit; that flag never leaves your device and contains nothing about you.
Who else sees what I submit?
The form submissions are delivered to our sales mailbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and are stored in our mailbox. They are not sold, not shared with a marketing list, and not passed to the robot manufacturers unless answering you requires it — for example when a certificate copy has to be requested from the certificate holder in your name. We will say so when that is the case.
Will I be put on a mailing list?
No. We do not run one. You will hear from us about the enquiry you made, and not otherwise.
How do I see, correct or delete what you hold?
Write to sales@livespower.com from the address you used. We will tell you what we hold and delete it on request, except where a record has to be kept to honour a quotation, a contract or an export document.
Where is the data held?
The website is served from a content delivery network with servers worldwide. Enquiries reach a mailbox operated from China, where our company is registered. If you are in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with data-transfer rules, that transfer is the one you should be aware of before you use the forms.
If something on this page does not match what you experienced, tell us at sales@livespower.com and we will correct either the page or the practice.
