What the GR6160-3200 is used for
With 16 kg wrist payload and 3240 mm reach, the GR6160-3200 is sized for large flat workpieces, long panels and car-side painting from a fixed base or a 7th-axis track. Paint and air lines run through the hollow wrist; the pressurized (Ex px) arm sits inside the booth while the IP54 control cabinet stays outside the classified area.
Configuration we supply with it
- Applicator: automatic air spray gun (standard) or air-assisted gun; other atomizers quoted per project.
- Color change: CV3000 high-pressure or CV300 low-pressure color-change valve.
- Two-component (2K) paint: AccuFlo 2KP Pro mixing and metering unit; AccuFlo 1KP flow meter for single-component lines.
- Paint supply: circulation system and 2K supply from the paint-mix room to the booth, engineered as part of a turnkey line.
- Motion: 7th-axis linear track or workpiece positioner, sized per project.
