The SR12-2000 is a portable six-axis painting robot with 12 kg wrist payload and 2000 mm reach on a movable base, for shared spray booths and small batches. It holds Chinese explosion-proof certificate GYB23.3310X (Ex eb ib mb pxb IIC T4 Gb), rated 5.3 kW at 380 V with a 15-minute pre-purge at 0.05–0.15 MPa. There is no ATEX certificate for the SR series.

The SR12-2000 is a portable 12 kg, 2000 mm painting robot on a movable base, made for shared spray booths, job shops and small batches where one robot serves several booths. The pressurized (px) enclosure with increased-safety, intrinsically-safe and encapsulated protection is certified Ex eb ib mb pxb IIC T4 Gb for gas and Ex tb ib mb pxb IIIC T135°C Db for dust (GB/T 3836, certificate GYB23.3310X); rated power 5.3 kW at 380 V AC; purge air 0.05–0.15 MPa with a 15-minute pre-purge. The certificate is a Chinese Ex certificate — an ATEX certificate is not on file for the SR series.

Configuration we supply with it
- Applicator: automatic air spray gun (standard) or air-assisted gun; other atomizers quoted per project.
- Color change: CV3000 high-pressure or CV300 low-pressure color-change valve.
- Two-component (2K) paint: AccuFlo 2KP Pro mixing and metering unit; AccuFlo 1KP flow meter for single-component lines.
- Paint supply: circulation system and 2K supply from the paint-mix room to the booth, engineered as part of a turnkey line.
