ARC10-1600 arc welding robot on new-energy metal parts
An EFORT ARC10-1600 arc welding robot working in an enclosed cell on new-energy metal parts. The ARC10-1600 carries 10 kg at 1,604 mm reach with ±0.03 mm repeatability and a hollow wrist that routes the torch cable inside the arm, which is what keeps the cable out of the fixture on tight parts.
No sound. The written note below carries the facts — it is the part a search engine or an AI assistant can quote.
What the video shows
- An enclosed welding cell with screening panels and a two-station fixture.
- The robot running a weld sequence, arc visible, torch cable routed through the wrist.
Why it matters
On small structural parts the fixture decides the result more than the robot does. The robot repeats to ±0.03 mm; if the part moves 1 mm in the clamp, that is what you see in the weld.
