ARC10-1600 arc welding robot
The ARC10-1600 is a six-axis EFORT arc welding robot with 10 kg wrist payload, 1604 mm reach and ±0.03 mm repeatability, weighing 169 kg. Protection is IP54 / IP67 (wrist) with an IP54 cabinet, and it mounts floor, inverted, wall. Supplied by LIVESPOWER with positioner, power source, torch package and cell control.

- Positioner — single- or two-axis, 300 to 2,000 kg, selected from part weight, envelope and centre of gravity.
- Inverter MIG/MAG power source, water-cooled torch, anti-collision mount and torch cleaning station.
- Safety guarding, light curtains or mats, interlocks and welding screens.
- Cell control on a safety PLC, with the robot, positioner and power source interlocked.
- A linear track where the weldment is longer than one reach radius.

Does the ARC10-1600 carry a water-cooled torch?
Yes. 10 kg at the wrist covers a water-cooled torch, its cable package and an anti-collision mount with margin. Confirm the total load including the mount before ordering.
Can a positioner run as an external axis?
Yes — the EFORT cabinets support up to three or four external axes at 1 to 5.5 kW depending on the cabinet, so the positioner can move during the weld rather than only between passes.
