Painting robots for small metal parts
Small and medium irregular metal parts — hardware, helmets, cylindrical components — are coated in compact booths by short-reach robots, often several robots along a hanging line. On one delivered project seven GR6150-1500 robots coated cylindrical steel parts at 300 pieces per hour on hangers rotating at 120 rpm.

On a rotating hanger line, the hanger rotation speed and the part's bottom face decide the path, not the part envelope.

Every workstation is priced against your parts, paint specification and cycle time, and the applicator, colour change, 2K mixing and paint supply move the figure more than the robot model does. Send the requirement and you get our best price as an itemised offer, on EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms. Warranty 12 months from shipment; lead time 4–6 weeks after deposit; payment T/T or L/C at sight; EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP.
