Painting robots for bumpers and plastic parts
Bumpers, spoilers and grilles up to about 1,900 × 800 × 700 mm are handled by robots in the 2,400–3,200 mm reach band with conveyor tracking. A typical plastic-parts line runs 1K primer in two colours, 1K base in up to twelve colours including pearl, and externally mixed 2K clear at 30–40 µm.

Twelve colours run in batches is a different machine from twelve colours in random sequence — state the change frequency, not just the colour count.

Every workstation is priced against your parts, paint specification and cycle time, and the applicator, colour change, 2K mixing and paint supply move the figure more than the robot model does. Send the requirement and you get our best price as an itemised offer, on EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms. Warranty 12 months from shipment; lead time 4–6 weeks after deposit; payment T/T or L/C at sight; EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP.
